Guided by our perfumer, the Bride will embark on a mystical journey of perfume blending, creating a scent that speaks volumes about the Bride’s spirit and cherished moments, in the chic and snug Aroma Lab, get ready for a whirlwind of unforgattable escapades!

With minimum of 3, maximum of 5 people per booking upon departure, Bride will receive a collection of memories from the Special Day:
–Personalised Signature Scent for the Bride in 30 ml spray bottle
–Certificate for participating in the perfume-making session at the Aroma Lab.
–Gift Engraving Service of the personalised Signature Scent with Gift wrapping
-The Bride will be given the opportunity to craft the original formula made in Aroma Lab, for a buying/reordering purpose at any time.
(Each additional perfume you wish to create on that day is extra 28 euros/ person. The booked services can only be used with the specified maximum number of people. The prices include the workshop fee, thecost of the equipment, soft drinks, 1 bottle of pressecco and snacks)

Late Checkout Service
(1 hour extended stay at Aroma Lab)
Should you desire a rejuvenating moment before you step out for the party?
Experience out Late Checkout Service, where following your perfume session, you can, savour additional refreshments, and get ready for the festivities in our Grooming Room. This well-appointed new corener of Aroma Labincludes hair and makeup essentials, providing you with the space and convenience to prepare for the Party.
Late Checkout Service charge is 40 euros.
Reservation
Reservations can be made online, or in person in our Aroma Lab Store. After ordering, we will confirm the booked service, thereby acknowledging the reservation of the given service.
Payments
The advance payment is due within booking the event. It can be done online in Aroma Lab Store checkout by credit / debit card payment or in person in the Aroma Lab boutique. We do not accept money transfer or other payments. Payments can be made in Hungarian Forints.
Cancellation
Cancellation of the ordered service can be done in writing.
The cancellation fees are as follows:
0% of the total amount 5 days prior to the event.
15% of the total amount between 4 and 1 days before the start of the private event.
40% of the total amount 24 hours before the start of the private event.
100% on the day of arrival or in case ‘no-show’.
Modification of ordered services:
It is possible to change the reservation based on prior agreement/ number of people, time change / Thus, the modified confirmation becomes valid.
In case of time change made 24 hours prior to the event we might charge 15% of the booked service.
Amendment by the Aroma Lab:
Aroma Lab reserves the right to make changes. Unforseen technical problems , difficulties may occur.
If Aroma Lab becomes aware of the problem, it will notify the guest and offer another day with the same parameters without changing the price.
